Car Wreck/Personal Injury

A delivery service was making a delivery at 11PM to a destination located on a busy, dark, country road with only 2 lanes, one in each direction. The delivery driver failed to pull into the driveway fully, leaving the back end of the vehicle protruding into the road. The driver left no indication of their presence, such as flashers or lights leaving minimal visibility of the vehicle. Our client and his girlfriend slammed their car into this improperly parked truck, causing extensive injuries.
