Residential Property Insurance/Bad Faith Litigation

Lighting struck and burned our client’s home, virtually to the ground, exposing it to the elements. The insurance company tried to claim that a component part in their new home was not working properly to stop the house from burning to the ground. They paid minimal amounts for living expenses, leaving our client to fend for themselves for 7 months.
